30% Time Reduction in Product Recall Processes with Dental Clinic Instrument Traceability

Description

Traceability in the outpatient setting is increasingly important with recent incidents of sterility breaches reported across some dental clinics in 2018. The follow-up activities involve recalling of affected patients. This exercise is typically resource- intensive and time consuming as we currently do not practice 1-1 traceability of instruments used for patients in outpatient settings unlike the processes adopted in Operating Theatres.
