STERILE PROCESSING TECHNICAL TRAINING
This course is commonly used to pursue the CRCST certification with HSPA.
To ensure quality Sterile Processing (SP) practices and promote patient safety, it is essential to connect with the best professional education available. HSPA is proud to partner with the prestigious Purdue University to offer self-study correspondence courses to support SP professionals in pursuit of their CRCST and CHL certifications. HSPA also offers a Vendor Certificate Course to provide healthcare company representatives with in-depth knowledge of SP operations, procedures and terminology to help them connect and gain credibility with their customers.
Members of HSPA’s Education Department and Purdue collaborated to develop two self-study correspondence courses to elevate professional knowledge: a training course to introduce future SP professionals to the fast-paced, ever-evolving discipline and a leadership course to prepare experienced SP professionals for managerial or supervisory roles. Please note: HSPA does not endorse, promote or support any training courses, and these are solely an available option of study.
