Bulk Exam Purchases: Simplify Exam Access

Looking for a streamlined way to support your students’ or employee’s certification journey? Our voucher code program offers schools and organizations an easy, flexible payment solution for bulk exam purchases. 

By joining HSPA’s voucher code program, you can pre-pay for a set number of certification exams and receive unique voucher codes to distribute directly to the applicants. These codes can be redeemed during the online application process—eliminating the need for individual payments and making exam access more seamless than ever.

PLEASE NOTE: The exam fee is $140 per application. Payment may be made by credit card, check or ACH. Voucher codes have a two (2) year expiration date from the date of purchase. Codes are non-refundable and non-transferable once used.   Please be advised that not every school or organization pays exam fees for their students/employees. Be sure to check with your advisor or manager to see what applies to you. If your school or employer does not cover the cost, you’ll need to include your payment when you submit your application.

    Seamless Integration for Your Organization

    In addition to bulk exam purchasing, we offer custom engagement opportunities to help your organization partner with HSPA through the certification process: 

    • API Integrations for Continuing Education (CE) Providers: If you’re a Continuing Education provider, we offer a direct API integration to our database that allows CE credits to be automatically applied to certificants’ accounts. This eliminates manual uploads to ensure timely credit recognition for renewals. 
    • API Integrations for Certification Verification: Enable real-time verification of credentials in bulk for your HR or admissions department. Help save time and reduce manual checks of certification status for your organization.

    Important Notice Regarding Courses and Certification Prerequisites:

    Please be advised that any courses offered through third-party providers or formal academic institutions are entirely at your own discretion. These courses are NOT required as prerequisites for certification, and enrollment in such programs is not mandatory to obtain certification.

    Individuals are strongly encouraged to exercise caution and remain vigilant against potential scams. There are many individuals and organizations offering courses and services at high prices, often claiming they are necessary for certification. Please verify all information before making any payments or commitments and be aware that participation in these courses is not a requirement for certification. It is also recommended that you research all aspects of the program, including any opportunities for hands-on experience that may be included.
