Looking for a streamlined way to support your students’ or employees’ certification journey? HSPA’s voucher code program offers schools and organizations an easy, flexible payment solution for both certification exam fees and certification renewal fees.

Certification Exam Vouchers

Organizations can prepay for certification exams and receive unique voucher codes to distribute directly to applicants. These codes are redeemed during the online application process, eliminating the need for individual payments and making exam access more seamless than ever.

• Exam Voucher Fee: $140 per application

Certification Renewal Vouchers

Employers can also purchase renewal voucher codes to cover the cost of their employees’ certification renewals. Two renewal voucher options are available:

• $50 Renewal Voucher – Covers the certification renewal fee only.
• $60 Renewal Voucher – Covers both the certification renewal fee and HSPA membership.

Voucher Policies

The following policies apply to both exam and renewal voucher purchases:

• A minimum purchase of three (3) voucher codes is required per order.
• Voucher codes are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
• Voucher codes are non-refundable and non-transferable once used.
• Payment may be made by credit card, ACH, or check.
• Purchases over $3,500 paid by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Please Note: Please be advised that not every school or organization pays certification exam or renewal fees for its students or employees. Be sure to check with your advisor, manager, or employer to determine whether your fees are covered. If your school or employer does not cover the cost, you must submit payment with your application.

All exam applications are subject to verification. You and/or your manager or supervisor may be asked to provide additional information or documentation to complete your application. If contacted, you will have 120 days to submit the requested information. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in cancellation of your application, and you will forfeit your exam fee. To apply again, you will be required to submit a new application along with a separate exam fee.
