All orders require one business day for processing. Orders will not be shipped the same day received. Next day air orders will be sent out the following business day (weekends and holidays not included). Please ensure you have a valid address listed. We cannot ship to post office boxes within the U.S.

Terms and Conditions

  • All orders must be pre-paid for processing. We are unable to accept Purchase Orders.
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • HSPA does not offer expedited shipping and cannot ship to P.O. boxes. 
  • HSPA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, and all inquiries for damaged or lost products will be referred to the shipment carrier to file a claim. HSPA does not honor 3rd party shipping requests.
  • Requests for refunds/returns must be received within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in the original packaging, new/undamaged. All returned items will have a $20 restocking fee deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • All customs or duty fees for Canada and overseas orders are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included with merchandise charges.
