MISSION STATEMENT

Southern New York chapter of HSPA is to bring customer satisfaction to the Patients, Physicians, Nurses and allied professionals that we provide a service to.

We are committed to helping our members increase their knowledge base through educational programs, conferences and meetings, pertaining to Infection Control in the Central Sterile or Sterile Processing departments.

Living our mission will support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Controls in the work place. This in turn will help us in meeting one of the National Patient Safety Goals of: “Reduce the Risk of Healthcare Associated Infections”.
