October 19, 2019. Held in honor of the annual International Central Service (CS) Week, October 13-19. Hosted by University of Louisville Health-Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky. The plenary speaker was Sharon Greene-Golden of Maryland/Virginia. Past international IAHCSMM President, 2018-19 IAHCSMM Foundation President and veteran international speaker Greene-Golden spoke on "Instructions For Use: We Must Comply" and "Leading Outside the Boundaries: Boiling, the Answer to HLD in Bangladesh."
