Video resolution, 1920 x 1080 pixels, 16x9 HD format. Letterboxing on native 1.78:1 (16 × 9) or pillar boxing on native 1.33:1 (4×3) content is not allowed. Constant bitrate (CBR) 15–30 Mbps. 4:2:2 color space.
Video file formats: QuickTime movie (.MOV) preferred; MPEG-4 (.MP4) accepted. Max file size is 3 GB.
Audio is required: Two channels only; 192 Kbps minimum 16- or 24-bit only; 48 kHz sample rate. Audio file formats: Pulse-code modulation (PCM) preferred; Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) accepted.
Original video content required (we can not accept third party URL links such as YouTube or Vimeo).
Acceptance of advertising is subject to HSPA’s approval and with agreement by the advertiser to indemnify and protect from loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon content or subject matter of advertising. This includes suits for libel, plagiarism, copyright infringement and unauthorized use of a person’s name or photograph. HSPA will not be liable for any damage or claim arising out of omission or delay in printing. HSPA reserves the right to revise or reject, at its discretion, any advertisement which it deems objectionable in text or illustration.
Any advertiser who does not fulfill an insertion order will be subject to penalty fees of the maximum rate listed per size originally contracted. Pre-payment required. No cancellations accepted after production begins.
